This is tres magnifique! I have finished (almost, anyway) two of my most intense projects that come in the form of film-making! As I speak I am exporting one of them into my hard drives. After completing all of that plus one of those horrid term papers I rushed late into the (morning? night?) night till 7 a.m. the next morning, I feel like I'm ready to take on the world now. Heh. And maybe do some film-making in future! Heh!
These two were the most taxing projects I had, but the processes of making both were also the most memorable. One was a Management module (and you think why on earth we have to make a video for that; well, long story.) and the other was a film module on local movies. So everything had to be DIYed, from the scripting to the directing to the filming to the editing (and in one film, acting). Arduous processes, both. So I'd recommend to everyone else not to take 2 modules that involve the making of films simultaneously. That will result in a loss of all your weekends, truly. But! Both of these films are like my babies, really. I've watched them at least 20 times over and have obsessed over every single detail in it. Kudos also go out to all my project mates who have worked so hard to make these films materialize successfully.
I shall not reveal my Management module film here because it's so darn embarrassing I think I'll have to come in disguise to school now every day, but I can tell you the title of the other film made for the film module is "Under Construction" (yes, that is the title, not the status of the film). If you want to see it, ask me :) It stars our very own Zhu in one of the story sequences!
Time to take a breather for a while now, whilst I prepare myself for the next few remaining projects! (And perhaps go on a much needed shopping spree!)
