Spinning: Breathe Your Name - Sixpence None the Richer
Ok. "Lady of the Rings" just doesn't sound quite as right as "Lord of the Rings". No matter. I know it's been almost a month since I last posted, and when that happens there can only be 2 reasons:
a) No time
b) No inspiration/life is as boring as doing homework 24/7
Put those together, and you get 1 month of zilch creative juices.

There's a reason as to why I mangled the LOTR title. See, A week ago, those mad hatters from 35/05 and myself went down to the EDB Training Centre (all the way at Bukit Merah!) to attend a talk on UK universities. As expected - all of them there were from the supposed 'top JCs' - RJ, HC, VJ, TJ, NJ. There were a couple speakers from some very famous Universities; LSE, UCL, and the like. To my disappointment, only 1 of them offered Social Psychology - which is the course which I'm gunning for in future.
After which, we went to the ulu Queensway Shopping Centre and, surprise surprise, shopped. We went round the labyrinth of shops - looking at shoes, shorts, and accessories. We finally ambled into this dodgy shop - and then suddenly someone sort of exclaimed, "Look, Rings!" and went into a frenzy trying on the different sorts of rings. Another deranged soul cried, "Let's get a class ring!". And then we impulse-bought this adorable (read: ugly but cute), thick, supposedly funky ring. I got a pastel blue one:

And after looking at those elaborate, silver ones, I decided I'd get one for myself simply because they looked pretty elegant:

It's quite annoying, though, when people start to ask if you're attached and whatever, so I might just stop wearing it all together (to school) and wear it when I go out only. Whoever said rings can only be worn by those who are in a relationship?
The time after that was spent wandering around IKEA, because some of us wanted to obtain storage space for our over-flowing desk (like me.) and some just wanted to eat Swedish Meatballs. As usual, the bourgeoisie there were looking, no, staring, at a bunch of JC students wandering around a furniture shop at 8 odd pm.

And, after countless nights of being in a dilemna, I've finally decided to go on the Humanities Trip to Italy (that my school organized)...

Pointless post, I know, but aiyah... just pretend to be excited for me.
