Maybe I discovered this later than some of you 'boh liao' people out there... but there's actually
a Wikipedia entry on the definition of Singlish (it's very detailed, too!)
I couldn't get past the whole thing - I was sniggering at the "The Sociolect Continuum of Singaporean English". I wonder who made the effort to detail its origins, phonology even (!), and the definition of various Singlish terms.
The irony! Read it only if you have time to waste, and if you feel like you need a break from something torturous (read: studying!). Frankly the whole thing sounds really pretentious.
